About the Company

We are building the execution layer for on-chain trading: a Solana-based rollup featuring sub-millisecond latency and a throughput of over 30,000 orders per second. As we transition from build to scale, we are hiring a Business Development Lead to convert this technical advantage into liquidity, volume, revenue, and market presence.

The project is backed by a syndicate of top-tier venture capital firms and institutional crypto investors.

The Role

You will own commercial outcomes across market makers, trading firms, whales, liquid investors, and key ecosystem partners. This is a high-leverage role focused on sourcing, closing, and scaling the deals that define our liquidity and growth trajectory.

This is a commercial seat responsible for capturing value, structuring deals, and driving core liquidity rather than a traditional "partnerships" role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Close High-Impact Deals: Drive negotiations with market makers, liquidity providers, and institutional counterparties.
• Negotiate Terms: Secure favorable fee structures, liquidity commitments, and strategic alignment or exclusivity.
• Build Commercial Frameworks: Develop deal flow evaluation, pricing strategies, and playbooks for various market participants.
• Shape Product Growth: Work cross-functionally to design incentive structures, rebates, and affiliate economics.
• External Representation: Act as the face of the company at industry events and high-value meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Commercial Strategy.
• Experience in: Crypto exchanges, market makers, trading firms, or major DeFi protocols (DEXs/Derivatives).
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals and manage commercial structuring.
• Network: Existing relationships with institutional traders, funds, and market makers.
• Attributes: Commercially sharp, structured, and outcome-driven.
