Role Overview

The Client is hiring a Product Manager to own and drive core exchange products end-to-end, from problem definition through launch and iteration.

This role is responsible for ensuring that features are useful, usable, and operable. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ship products that perform reliably under real market conditions. This is not a roadmap-only role; you will be close to users, incidents, and edge cases.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership Own the lifecycle of key exchange features, including:

• Trading flows
• Risk and margin UX
• Account, funding, and withdrawal experiences
• Define clear product requirements grounded in user needs and system constraints.

What Were Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Track Record: Experience shipping complex, system-driven products (fintech, exchanges, infrastructure, or marketplaces).
• Technical Literacy: Strong ability to work with engineering on technically complex systems.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Mindset: High ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with trading platforms, exchanges, or financial products.
• Knowledge of derivatives, leverage, or margin systems.
• Comfort operating during incidents or high-pressure launches.
• Experience working with both retail and institutional users.
